I am the Sport & Physical Activity Co-ordinator for Ross High School. I played rugby for the Ross High Rugby Football Club 1st XV for 14 years and have coached rugby since I was 19.

I now take part in many activities, but particularly enjoy Archery, Athletics and Mountain Biking.
